It was over 40 years ago when I fit one of my very first patients with hearing aids: my grandfather, Earl Wohlers. It changed both his and my life!
His hearing improved significantly. He could understand his minister at church, his friends, and most importantly, his family. I couldn’t think of anything more important to anyone than the ability to communicate and enjoy life with properly functioning hearing.
I was blessed with the opportunity to give my grandfather something that had incredible value. I fit him with the best hearing aids available at that time and cleaned and checked his instruments regularly. It was because of him that I developed one of our company’s most important core beliefs: value.
I have done everything in my power to demonstrate the greatest value for our patients. I strive to give our patients confidence, not only to purchase a quality product but also in knowing that they will enjoy hassle-free benefits for the lifetime of their hearing instruments.
Value and continued care are my most important goals because I have seen the negative effects on patients who have purchased inferior products with very little to no follow-up and continued service.
